FFAC’s leadership combines dependable public-service experience with deep knowledge of disability support and family communication.
Owner
Lukas Thorneycroft
Lukas has a public-service background in the United States military, law enforcement, and fire/EMS. As owner, he brings an emphasis on dependable leadership, accountability, clear communication, participant dignity, and family-centered service.
Program Manager
Barbie Thorneycroft
Barbie holds a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a Master of Science in Applied Behavior Analysis. She has more than eight years of experience in applied behavior analysis and disability support. Growing up with a brother with autism influenced her commitment to disability services and her focus on understanding individual needs, supporting caregivers, and communicating with families.
Working together
Lukas provides organizational leadership and accountability. Barbie guides program coordination, participant-centered support, family communication, and caregiver development. Together they work to keep FFAC responsive to participants, representatives, caregivers, case managers, and service coordinators.
