Our mission

Why FFAC was created

FFAC was created to provide dependable, person-centered support with clear communication among participants, families, caregivers, case managers, and service coordinators. Owner Lukas Thorneycroft and Program Manager Barbie Thorneycroft bring complementary experience in public service, disability support, and family-centered leadership. Meet FFAC’s leadership.

What FFAC is responsible for

Hiring and supervising employees; required screening, orientation and training; scheduling; electronic visit verification; service documentation; and communication within our provider role.

What FFAC cannot control

Medicaid eligibility, waiver placement, service authorization, approved hours, health-plan decisions, relationship restrictions, or immediate caregiver availability.
