Daily living
Authorized help with personal routines and activities of daily living.
Attendant Care
Family First Attendant Care is an Indiana Medicaid-enrolled provider of authorized Attendant Care across all 92 Indiana counties, subject to the participant’s waiver, approved service plan, network status, and caregiver availability. Attendant Care helps eligible participants complete authorized daily routines at home and in the community.
Attendant Care supports eligible waiver participants with authorized daily routines in their homes and communities. FFAC coordinates the provider side while the service plan controls what may be delivered.
Authorized help with personal routines and activities of daily living.
Authorized assistance that supports safe movement and routines.
Support in the community when included in the service definition and authorized plan.
An existing caregiver may apply to become an FFAC employee. Some family members may be permitted to provide paid care depending on the waiver, relationship, service plan, and applicable rules. Every applicant must complete FFAC hiring, screening, training, and employment requirements. Authorized hours come from the service plan—not FFAC. We cannot guarantee that a particular relative will qualify, but we can coordinate onboarding.
Do not end current services until the appropriate parties confirm the replacement authorization and start plan. FFAC cannot promise a gap-free transition.
